Our name is a tribute to both the proud heritage of our hometown and to the humble grain mill. Symbols of simpler times when things were made by hand and quality mattered. The Mill represents the meeting of those two worlds: hard work and heritage, simplicity and substance, all coming together through every loaf we bake.

A TIMELESS TECHNIQUE
Artisan sourdough is an age-old technique; simple, slow and soulful. It relies on time and natural fermentation rather than shortcuts or additives. We embrace this technique because it reflects everything we stand for: authenticity, patience, and heritage.
At The Mill, everything we bake is made fresh to order. We work on a PRE-ORDER BASIS to ensure every loaf and cookie is baked fresh for you. Orders placed by Thursday will be baked and ready for pickup or delivery** that coming Saturday. Any orders placed after Thursday will be included in the following Saturday’s bake. This schedule allows us to keep our process streamlined, and most importantly our products as fresh as possible — just like it had been made at home.
**For delivery choose the shipping option at checkout- when you put in your address you will be directed to choose the local delivery option. Delivery fee is $5.**
